| Abstract: |
| Objective To reuse wind quenching slag, and demonstrate the feasibility and application effect of wind quenching slag as abrasive. Methods The similarities and differences in composition, microstructure, physical and chemical parameters, crush resistance of wind quenching slag and South Korea PS ball, copper slag, etc, were analyzed. At the same time, the wind quenching slag was used as abrasive blasting, and the effect of treatment was studied. Results The wind quenching slag has the characteristics of the abrasive, and the broken recovery of steel slag can reach 70% . Artifacts cleanliness levels of the processed workpiece by wind quenching slag can achieve Sa2. 5, roughness reaches above rough level. Conclusion The processed workpiece meet the need of industrial cleaning and coating, and realize the effective utilization of steel slag. |
