| The superiority of NCD thin film was discussed when it 's applied in mechanical, optical, acoustical and electrical fields while the application as main line. Using instance to analysis and prove it 's outstanding performance displayed in all areas. The developments of NCD application in these fields were introduced and the application tendency was forecasted. It illustrated deficiencies of nanocrystalline diamond films in the process of application and research from different directions. |
