Abstract:
The effects of nano-SiO2additive in electrolyte on ceramic coatings formed by micro-arc oxidation process on casting aluminum-copper alloy on thickness, hardness, phase structure micromorphology and wear resistance were analyzed. The results show that nano-SiO2additive take part in the process of micro-arc oxidation. The optimal addition amount of nano-SiO2in the electrolyte is 3 g / L.
