Abstract: |
Zn, Al alloy coatings were prepared by high velocity arc spraying technology on 16 MnR steel substrates. With the design accelerated corrosion test, the corrosion resistance of the Zn,Al alloy coating in the bentonite of grotto environment was studied. The results show that prolong time of the accelerated corrosion test, the corrosion rate of the Zn,Al alloy coating descend. The Zn,Al coatings actes as the sacrificial anode protecting the 16 MnR steel substrate and prominence of corrosion resistance. Al coating corrosion resistance is better than others on 16 MnR steel . |
