Abstract: |
Ni60 coating was successfully prepared by plasma spray welding process, and its microstructure, elemental composition, micro-hardness and wear-resisting property were analyzed. Results show that, the Ni60 coating presented good metallurgical bonding with copper substrate and the dilution rate was only about 5 % , microstructure like dendritic crystal was present with dispersed hard phase, the micro-hardness of coating had a significant improvement which approached 606 HV, and wear-resistant property increased by 1 times than that of Cu-Ni coating. |
