Abstract: |
The response surface methodology was applied to atmospheric plasma spraying of Cr2O3coating. The factor significance of spraying current, plasma gas and spray distance and the influence degree of interaction was analyzed, and the fitting mathematical model of coating deposition thickness was given. The results show that response surface method makes up for the traditional single variable and full factor optimization experiment, can be applied to experimental design and data analysis in the field of thermal spraying technology. |
