Abstract: |
Because of the finish surface existed residual stress,it focued to study characteristic of critical refracted longitudinal wave and analyze the relation between the wave and stress, explains the basic principle and test method about residual stress of critical refracted longitudinal wave. The probe design"one emitter and two receiver"was adopted. At first, the stress constant of material was calibrated and then the residual stress was tested. The experiment result shows that the method is effective to achieve the test objective. This test method is convenient, simple and the evaluation has relatively high accurate. This test method can be used in field test or in-service inspection. |
