Abstract:
      In order to improve the combination resistance of Ni-P coating, the nano ZrO2particles and rare earth element Yb were added in the electroless solution, and the Ni-P-Yb-ZrO2composite coating was obtained. The effects of solution composition(nano ZrO2particles, rare earth Yb, surfactant)and process parameters(pH value and mix speed) on the nano ZrO2were analyzed. The optimal solution composition and process parameters were determined. The result shows that under the optimal condition the surface of Ni-P-Yb-ZrO2composite coating is smooth, the distribution ofZrO2 particles in the coating is uniform, the wear resistance is approved and the combination force is good.
