Abstract:
The polyaniline/epoxy anticorrosive coatings on AZ31B magnesium alloy that the mass rate of eigenstate polyaniline in coating was 0%,1%,2%,4%and 6% were prepared, and theirs corrosion resistance in 3.5% NaCl solution was studied by Tafel,EIS and salt spray test. Resultsindicate that the mass rate has significantinfluence on the corrosion resistance of the polyaniline/epoxy coating, the corrosion resistance of the coating is best when the mass rate of polyaniline in coating is 2%.
