| Three kinds of nano zirconia-alumina material based seal coating with different content of Al2O3(5%, 10%,15%)were developed.And the three kinds of nano zirconia-alumina based seal coating were prepared by air plasma spraying(APS)process. The deposition efficiency of the material,the microstructures of the seal coating,the hardness and the bond strength were analyzed. The experimental results show that the deposition efficiency of the seal coating material increases along with the growth of the content of Al2O3,the conformation of ZrO2in seal coating has three kinds of types because of the fusing condition difference,the hardness and the bond strength of seal coating are related to the thickness and the content of Al2O3,and sandwich construction seal coating has the best overall performance. |
