Abstract:
      A chemical deburring technology has been proposed. The prescription of the chemical deburring fluid for precise parts of non-ferrous metal is the phosphoric acid, the oxalic acid and the water which is according to the respectively quality presentation 70%,12% and 18%; The deburring fluid temperature to the precise parts of the non-fer-rous metal is maintained between 45℃ and 60℃ .And the time is between 10 min and 45 min. The result of the precise parts of non-ferrous metal with carry-over burrs that have been treated by chemical deburring have been systematically researched by means of stereomicroscope, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometer and vickers hardness and so on. Proved that each kind of accuracy requirements, technology requirements and quality requirements for precise parts can be achieved, it doesn't have change to the parts performance and has certain luminous function.
