| With the development of shipbuilding industry, pay attention to the technology of hull rust. Shot peening derusting is the most widely used in derusting technology in hull in the world today.In order to achieve a certain degree of rust quality and standards,we must select the appropriate abrasive. The feasibility of use of steel slag abrasive in shot peening derusting in hull from the steel source, free silicon content, particle size, angularity, hardness, rust effects, price, etc. was studied. The test results show that steel slag abrasive has good comprehensive benefits and broad prospects. |
