| The micro-arc oxidation(MAO)films were prepared on 6063 aluminum alloy in the electrolyte with Cr2O3particles, the effects of Cr2O3concentration in the electrolyte and the process parameters on the properties of the composite film were studied. The micro-morphology was investigated by the scanning electron microscopy(SEM), Energy dispersion spectrometer was used to analyze composition of the film. The results show that the Cr2O3concentrations in film and the film thickness are bothincreased with the increasement of Cr2O3concentrationsin solution,current density and MAO time; The Electrolyte pHinfluences composite amount; There are a large number of Cr2O3particles on the oxide film surface, and the Cr2O3particles are deposited to the oxide film internal. |
