Abstract:
Microcosmic morphology, corrosion resistance, total amount of surface residuum and the amount of iron residuum on cold-rolled steel were analyzed by means of laser scanning confocal microscope, electrochemical test, weighing method and spectrophotometer. The results show that the surface morphology and corrosion resistance are indistinctively different during different process; The difference of surface cleanness of different process is obvious, the most amount of surface residuum is cold rolling process; The surface cleanness is slightly different at different positions during same process, and the amount of residuum at middle position is less than other position.
