| Pd-free activation method was studied.In this process, taking formaldehyde as solvent, surfactant OP-10 was used to reinforce PETfabric adsorb nickel acetate forits solubilization.Potassium borohydride was used to reduce nickel acetate on the PET fabric surface.Thus activation centers formed on the PET fabric surface. The particles which adsorbed on PET fabric surface after the activating treatment were characterized by SEM,EDS and XRD. The results indicate that the sample is Nickel and morphous Ni-B alloy. That particles have high catalytic activity and can effectively invitiate chemical iron-nickel alloy plating. |
