Abstract: |
After regulating the other technological parameter, changing the pH value and sodium citrate content, the ZAT10 deformed zinc alloy was electroplated with Ni. The morphology of nickel coating was recorded with optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy(SEM-EDS)and ultra-depth three-dimensional microscopy. Based on the stability of electroplating solution and surface property, the test region was classified. And the schematic diagram of pH-so-dium citrate content of electroplating solution vs stability of electroplating solution and coating property was obtained. The optimal region with stability plating solution and good coating on the diagram was defined by the results of plating composition analysis obtained by EDS and coating property analysis obtained by paste method and thermal shock test. |
