A new repairing technology——— brush plating Ni-diamond composite coating was proposed based on the failure analysis of worn piston of wing flap motion tube. The results show that the optimum parameters of the brush plating technology is as follows: working voltage of 12 V, solution temperature of 45~ 60℃ , moving speed of 10~ 15 m/min.Using this technology to repair worn piston of wing flap motion tube, when the thickness of repairing coating is up to 30μm, the hardness of the coating achieves 770(HV); the adhesive power is better, the Cupping Test: height of test is 5.1 mm; the wear resistance of the repairing coating and the basis material's approach, and the qualified brush electroplating layer for repairing worn piston can be got through this kind of process. |
