Abstract:
      The Zn-Ti composite coating was prepared by adding of Ti in mechanical plating. The coating has more good corrosion resistance than pure Ti coating. Surface morphology and structure of fracture surface of mechanical Zn-Ti plating were studied using stereomicroscopy and scanning electronic microscopy. The porosity, bonding strength and corrosion resistance were detected and the influence of adding Al on its cladding performance was analyzed. The result shows that mechanical Zn-Ti plating is a kind of protection film with fine integral performance, smoother than mechanical galvanizing layer, without porosity, with high impact resistance and it' s corrosion resistance is better than that of galvanizing layer.
