| A kind of nano anti-corrosion and wear-resistant coating was prepared. The properties of the coating were characterized in order to detect the mechanism of nano-materials used in the coating. The results display that nanoSi02 improves the densification and combination of coating for the three-dimensional network chain structure and high surface activity. The nano-SiC nanoparticles with a low content can effectively promote wear resistance of epoxide resin. A strong reciprocity is produced between nano-SiC particles and basic epoxide resin, which improves the interface intensity of the coating, and the anti-corrosion and wear resistance properties are also greatly enhanced. |
