Abstract: |
For studying the impact of microstructure and micro-hardness of 30CrMnSi electroplated with Cr by laser surface alloying, using C02 laser as heat source and orthogonal test, the alloying layers by single-channel scanning were attained whose microstructure and micro-hardness were better than the substrates: The results indicate that: the laser alloying layers microstructure is refined remarkably, and the average micro-hardness is higher than the substrates'obviously. When laser power is 500W, scanning speed is lOmm/s and the protection of gas flow is lOL/min, the alloying layer has small dense uniform and the highest micro-hardness of 829HV is about 2. 6 times in contrast of the substrate's. |
