Abstract: |
For getting coatings with better corrosion resistance, the Ni/n,-Si02 and Ni/n,-Al203 coatings were preaped by different currents ( direct current, pulse current and pulse-reverse current) . Morphology, porosity and the corrosion resistance were tested respectively. The comparison of the results show that both current and nano powders can affect the corrosion resistance of composite coatings, the Ni/n-Si02 coating by pulse-reverse electro-plating has better advantages in the performance of morphology, porosity and corrosion resistance. |
