Abstract: |
Orthogonal design was employed in tests to prepare anodizing films on A231 magnesium alloy. The morphology, structure, element composition and corrosion resistance of anodizing films obtained through optimized techniques were studied by SEM, EDS, XRD and electrokinetic polarization curve researches. Results shows that the anodizing films in optimized techniques have well corrosion resistance. After sealing by boiling water, the cracks on the surface of anodizing films are reduced and its corrosion resistance improves obviously. |
