Abstract: |
By means of quantitative image analysis, microhardness test, indentation fracture test, adhesion strength test and wear resistance test , the process parameters of plasma sprayed nanostructured Al203-13 0-10 Ti02 ( AT13 ) - based ceramic coatings were optimized by orthogonal design experiments. The relationships of process parameters, microstructure and mechanical properties were analyzed and further more, a method for establishment of process maps was presented, and the corresponding three-dimensional maps were established. And the range of the optimal process parameters can be easily predicted by these process maps. |
