Abstract:
Ni-base and Cr-base magnetically soft alloy which is used on relay was researched. The former research just pay attention to its magnetism ability and does ' t study its mechanical property. But in its application process, fatigue properties is very important because the derail bears GYcle stress. The mechanical property was bad through research. The surfaces of the materials were processed by LSP ( laser shock processing) . The result shows that the suface has big residual stress, the residual stressess of GYT130 amd GYT170 are increased by LSP 2800-/% ,1700-/% , but lJ36 hasnt been sharp increased. The hardnessess of lJ36, GYT130 and GYT170 are increased by LSP 40% , 250% , 240% . The resistance to wear of lJ36, GYT130 and GYT170 is increased by LSP 670% , 780% , 760% . So we can see that LSP can improve materials properties.
