Abstract: |
The effects of voltage , temperature , speed of flow, anode caliber, main salinity on current , current efficiency, settling rate were studied by jet flow electrodeposition watt nickel. The result shows that when the voltage is 45V, the temperature is 50℃ , the distance of anode and cathode is 17mm, the density of NiS04 . 6H20 is 280g/L, it can get the best effect. The deposit rate, current, current efficiency increase with the increasing of voltage. When the voltage reaches 45V, the current efficiency no longer rises and when it reaches 55V, the deposit scorchs. The result also shows that the bigger of anode caliber and the higher speed of flow, the better effect of current efficiency and settling rate can be got. |
