Abstract:
      PTFE surface modification employing lOOkHz AC and DC pulse plasma generators were researched. In the same condition of discharge voltage, duty ratio, pressure, gas, worked time, the effects of AC pulse plasma and the DC pulse plasma on modification of sample were investigated. The hydrophilicity and surface morphology were discussed using the contact angle and SEM analysis. Measurement results show that the PTFE surface modifation effect by AC pulse plasma is better that that by DC pulse plasma.
