| Effect of PEI surfactants content on properties of ( Ni-P) -nanometer Si3 N4 composite brushing coating and quantity of PEI surfactants bearing on the composite brushing plating liquid was studied. The result shows that PEI surfactants can effectively prevent particles come together. The effect of usage of PEI surfactants on content of Si3N4 , brushing coating hardness and brushing coating frictional condition was studied. The brushing plating liquid containing stable suspensions has effect on the contents and better microstructure and friction performance and highest hardness as the optimal dosage of the PEI surfactants was 0. 8g/L. |
