| Abstract: |
| The green luminescence phosphor was coated with Si02 film using the method of sol-gel. Films were characterized by XRD , water resistance and the luminescence test. Results show that the Si02 film layer is very important in this experiment. If the Si02 film layer is too thin, the water resistance is limited; if the Si02 film layer is too thick , the luminescence is limited. We find that we can obtain the good samples if the Si02 film layer is 100-10 ~250-/o . |
