Abstract:
      For obtaining zinc alloy dipping solution with high stability and good properties, the mechanism of immerse zinc alloy was analyzed, the influence of NaOH, complex agent and Zno on the stability of the zinc alloy dipping solution and the quantity of immerse layer was investigated. The metallographic of the zinc alloy film and the plate coating were observed by SEM. The zinc alloy film components were analyzed by EDS. The results show that the NaOH content obviously influences the stability of the zinc alloy dipping solution and the quantity of immerse layer, while the Zno content only influence the stability of the zinc alloy dipping solution. While the influences of complex agent on the stability and the quantity is not remarkable.
