| Abstract: |
| The phosphoric acid of 0.5% is used in our experiments, the highly ordered porous aluminum oxide templates can be achieved by anodizing an ultra pure aluminum. Scanning electron microscopy is used to observe and characterize the microstructure and morphology of AAO. The influencing factors on the ordered extent in porous aluminum oxide template are studied. The growing process of AAO is discussed. Lastly, the comparison between the single-step and tow-step anodization is made. The results indicate that low solution temperature and two-step anodization method are necessary. |
