| Abstract: |
| Vinyl ester resin with the terminal vinyl structure has high UV curing activity, excellent chemical stability and heat resistance and high mechanical strength, which displays the promising applications in coating, ink and adhesive fields. However, the cured products of vinyl ester resin suffer with poor toughness and easy cracking problems. At the same time, the cured products usually lack of hydrophobic characteristics and UV shielding property, which limits the application of vinyl ester resin in the field of strong and tough outdoor coating construction. |
