Abstract:
      To reduce the excess entrainment phenomenon at gas outlet of multistage centrifugal spraying supergravity rotating bed, the work prepares a kind of hydrophilic coating of excellent heat and corrosion resistant ability with good adhesion to the metal mesh in respect of rotating bed filled with metal wire so as to improve defogging performance and plate efficiency of supergravity rotating bed. By taking hydrophilic acrylic acid, hydroxypropyl acrylate and acrylamide as comonomer and synthesizing hydrophilic acrylic resin in virtue of aqueous solution polymerization method, the work studied effects of such parameters as hydrophilic monomer dosage, initiator dosage, reaction time, reaction temperature and emulsifier on coating hydrophilic properties. In addition, the work studied overall performance of the product systematically through performance tests including thermal gravimetric analysis, contact angle test, infrared spectrum, 3D topography instrument. The optimum reaction conditions of hydrophilic coating were: initiator mass fraction of 0.1%, AA mole fraction of 50%, reaction time of 5 h and reaction temperature of 30 ℃. By the time, the initial contact angle was 11.7°, continuous contact angle was 16.2°and hardness was 2, adhesive force was grade 1 and acid resistance was favorable. Hydrophilic coating meeting requirements of supergravity rotating bed is obtained and has good application to multistage centrifugal spraying supergravity rotating bed, preferably reducing entrainment phenomenon at low gas velocity in supergravity rotating bed.
