Abstract: |
Objective The aim of this paper was to prepare the low-refractive index UV-curable coating. Methods 1 H,1 H, 11 H-perfluoroundecyl acrylate ( FA ) , Trifluoroethyl methacrylate ( TRIFEMA ) , Tetrahydrofurfuryl acrylate GM61 P00 ( THFA) and Polyurethane acrylate( PU) were used as the main ingredients, and their influences on the water contact angle, the absorbance of the film and the refractive index of the coating were investigated. Results Within a certain dosage range, the refractive index decreased with the increasing content of FA or TRIFEMA, and increased with the increase of THFA or PU; the contact angle increased and then remained stable with the increase of the FA and TRIFEMA, while it decreased when THFA and PU increased; the absorbance increased with increasing FA content, but when TRIFEMA, THFA and PU increased, the absorbance became lower. Conclusion The optimal proportion for the low-refractive index UV-curable coating was m( FA) : m( TRIFEMA) : m( THFA) : m( PU) = 2 : 5 : 1 . 25 :1 . Under this condition, the refractive index was 1 . 387 , and the absorbance was 0 . 0091 . |
