Abstract: |
The high specific heat capacity materials, which has reversible endothermic / exothermic function, was coated in the form of microcapsules. The microcapsules were fully wetted and dispersed by the resin binder, and were prepared the phase change coating in possession of thermal control performance, endothermic / exothermic and insulation functions. Based on the heat transfer theory model of phase change coating, the temperature control performance of the coating with different microcapsules ' content and different coating thickness were studied, heat storage performance comparison test with conventional coating was made. The results show that, the controlling temperature amplitude of the phase change coating can achieve to (4 ~ 10) ℃ . |
