Abstract: |
Based on the chemical kinetic aspect the deposition rate of Ni-Fe alloy on the polyester fabric was studied. The effect of component concentration, pH valve of plating solution and temperature on the deposition rate was studied. The activation energy, reaction orders and rate constant were determined, and the deposition rate equation was also derived. The attained equation is significant for production. |
