| Alkalin high temperature blackening, normal atmospheric temperature blackening, risidual thermal making black film are introduced in brief. The technology of alkalin high temperature blackening is ripe, the chemical substance of the film is magnetic Fe3O4. The decorating and wearresisting properties of alkalin high temperature blackening film are good. The equipments of normal atmospheric temperature blackening are simple and the technology is used to small quantities production.Owing to workpiece selves risidual thermal used to make black film, energy and water ares aved, and there are not pollution and drainage, the operation is simple and convenient. The material of risidual thermal making black film is high polymer, therefore the film is corrosion resisting. The advantages of risidual thermal blackening tempering workpiece are obvious. |
