| The surface morphology characterization, surface roughening mechanism caused by plastic deformation, and the influencing factors were described. Surface roughening behavior is generated by the dislocation sliding steps in the grain and the uneven deformation between grains, which is the main factor in the surface roughness. The surface roughness has a linear relationship with the strain and the grain size, which is also affacted by the crystal structure and the orientation of grains. |
