Abstract: |
The latest research progress on coatability of hot-dip galvanized transformation induced plasticity (TRIP) steel was introduced. The influence of chemical composition of the steel, annealing process and hot-dip galvanizing process on coatability was analyzed. The countermeasures of improving the coatability of hot-dip galvanized TRIP steel were illuminated in detail. It was pointed out that pre-oxidation and reduction process will be the main method to produce galvanized Si-bearing TRIP steel products in industry. |
