Abstract:
      In order to improve the properties of anodized aluminum alloy, a cold sealing technique containing Ni2 + was used for the sealing of the anodized aluminum alloy.As compared with the water sealing, the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the anodized film with/without sealing were studied by drop alkali and drop grit test, respectively. The result shows that the Ni2+ sealing has some advantages such as low energy consumption, low pollution and rapid sealing, etc..The corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the film treated with Ni2+ sealing were superior to that of water sealing, which was one of the ideal sealing techniques.
