Abstract:
      A composite coating layer was formed on the surface of Ti-6Al-4V alloy by the combined treatmeng process.The phase structure of the surface were analyzed by XRD,the microstructure of the surface and cross-secture were investigated by SEM,the distribution of the element along the cross-secture were studied by EDS.The cross-section hardness gradient after different treatment were compared.The tribological properties of the composite coating were tested on MM-200 wear machine.The results indicate that the composite coating layers are composed of the Ti,Mo,MoS2, TiN and transition layer.The tribological properties are improved in the dry friction and pure slippage condition.
