In order to enhance the surface precision of steel for intensified quenching, a new technology of electro-hydraulic power impulse water-gas jet was presented. Based on working principle of electro-hydraulic power impulse water-gas jet and structure of reaction room, the academic and experimental research that electro-hydraulic power impulse water-jet intensified jet for steel and alloy shows: pressure produced can be adjusted arbitrary and workpiece surface can be intensified according to different requirement. High speed distortion has an important influence for physical mechanical performance of workpiece received by impulse load, and remainder stress of eliminating casting and jointing can get 40% -70% by electro-hydraulic power impulse water-gas jet. Finally it will not impact on the quality of finished surface of workpiece. |
