Abstract: |
Magnesium alloys, owing to their excellent combination of properties, have found numerous applications in the electronic, automobile and aerospace industries. However, these alloys are also restricted because of their corrosion resistance. So, their corrosion resistance may be improved by some kinds of methods, such as scavenging alloys, improving microstructure and right surface treatment. The present anti-corrosion technology for magnesium alloys were introduced and evaluated. The characteristic and the developing direction of surface treatment technologies for magnesium alloys were discussed. |
