| In order to reduce high temperature condition of chemical coloring on stainless steel, additive of inorganic transition metal salt had been added into the Cr03-H2S04 system to chemical coloring on stainless steel. With orthogonal test the best technics condition: 250g/L Cr03 60℃ , Sg/L addictive was got. The stainless steel presented different colors and the performance of the film were tested. The results show that the use of addictive can lower coloring temperature markedly, reduce the volatilization of chrome acid and the environmental pollution, while the performances of the colored passive film are well. |
