| The carbon steel slices was treated repeatedly with HG-6061 Ilphosphating solution. The contents of every component in the phosphating solution were determined regularly and the consuming law of every component was found out. According to it, the solution that can furbish the ability of the phosphating solution was prepared. Then the surface morphology of the phosphating film was analyzed by SEM and XPS. So the mechanism of film formation and the morphology of the film were infered from it. |
