| In order to further study the fabrics and properties of hard anodic film, analysis of hard anodic film structure on aluminum alloy 2A12 in a low-concentration sulfuric acid was analyzed with special apparatus. The experiment results show that the structure of anodic film in a low-concentration sulfuric acid is totally different as be in a high-concentration sulfuric acid, the density of anodic film in a low-concentration sulfuric acid is higher in a high-concentration sulfuric acid, but the rarefaction of anodic film is reverse. Hardness and thickness of anodic film in a low-concentration sulfuric acid are higher in a high-concentration sulfuric acid, and as well as the roughness of anodic film. |
