Abstract: |
The anodizing process of environment-friendly for coloring of die-casting magnesium alloy was studied by orthogonal layout, which has no chromium, fluoride and phosphate. The variations curve of bath voltage with treated time was determined, and the surface micrograph, structure and composition of the anodizing films were analyzed by SEM and XRD. Results show that the anodized film is mainly consisted of Mg0, Mg2A104 , MgSi03 and Al203. The anodized film is white, slippery, even, and the film is irregular porous strvcture, whose aperture is about l ~3ym. This film has favorable coloring effect to obtain manifold colors, and has good adhesion action to coat that can improve combining power between coat and floor. |
