Abstract: |
The CeCl additive was added into the acid copper-plating solution which is used for manufacturing the wire of C02 gas shield welding. The effects of the content of CeCI, the plating time and the plating temperature on the corrosion resistance, the bonding strength and the appearance of Cu coating were studied. The experimental results indicate that a addition of CeCI will remarkably improve the quality of Cu coating, and l x 10 -4 _ 1 x 10 -3g/L CeCI can be adding in the basic formula to expand the plating process. Plating temperature is 30 ~50℃ , and plating time is between 5s and 15s. The above condition can make better Cu coating. |
