The SLA prototype has' t the catalysis to the nickel chemical recovery; it must pass through the suitable superficial pretreatment, guarantee covers of electroless nickel plating implementation as well as coating and SLA prototype in close integration with. The flow and each procedure of the process were introduced. The selection of pretreatment process conditions of electroless nickel plating on SLA prototype was discussed. SLA prototype treated by the improved process is easier to be plated and has good adhesion after electroless nickel plating. The plating coating is luminous and compact. |
