Abstract:
For study on different copper content on magnesium alloys A291D electroless planting Ni-Cu-P, using nickel sulfate as nickel resourse, adding different content copper ion to the bath of electroless Ni-P plating on magnesium alloys, the Ni-Cu-P plating coat can be obtained. The coating is uniform and dense and has good adhesion. The corrosion and wear test result shows that when the bath is 0. 5 g/L CuS04 the basal body may get Ni-Cu-P plating coat, the corrosion resistance can improve 5. 08 to basal body, the wear resistance of Ni-Cu-P plating coat can improve 6. 77. This conclusion is that when the content of cupric sulfate is 0. 5 g / L in plating solution, the plating has the best effect.
