Abstract: |
There is a phenomenon of partial ablation when magnesium treated by micro arc oxidation , once the phenomenon occurs, it will ablate all workpiece to dregs; make for the magnesium alloy workpiece to scrap. The mechanism of occurring partial ablation when magnesium treated by micro arc oxidation was studied, through a great deal of different technological experiments, results show that the reason of occurring partial ablation relates with impurity substance, surface status of workpiece, electrical parameters, status of electrolyte and composing of electrolyte etc. |
